Pyarom date is one of the most popular types of date. This semi-dry date has less fructose sugar and is not harmful to the body. Colonial dates:

This date is mainly harvested in Khuzestan province. Colony dates are considered semi-dry dates in the country, have high calories and sugar, and are the best option for slim people and athletes. Due to its low water volume, this date is considered one of the best options for exporting dates from Iran.

 

Shahani dates:

This date is known as more dates because of its moisture, and it can be used to prepare all kinds of juice and date paste. Shahani dates have many fans because of their pleasant color and taste.

Rabi dates:

This date is red and black, and the main place for its production is the south of Iran and Sistan and Baluchistan provinces. This type of date has large fruit, a shiny, transparent, thin skin, a wrinkled and elongated appearance, and a long shelf life due to low humidity.

Zahedi dates:

Zahedi date is considered a semi-dry type and has a medium size and soft and shiny skin. Its color is light brown, and it has a sweet aroma. This date is oval, and its flesh is yellow.

Kabkab dates:

Kabkab dates exported by Iran are among the semi-dry dates and have many fans in Iran. This date's nectar and juice are excellent, and most planting and harvesting of the Kabkab date takes place in Behbahan groves.

Khasouei dates:

This date, like the Kabkab date, grows in Behbahan of Khuzestan. This date has a long lifespan and a high storage capacity. This date, which has its fans, has a small shape.

Brahi dates:

This date is of Iraqi origin, but it is also cultivated in the southern regions of Iran. Ripe dates give a caramel taste. These dates can be stored in the freezer for months. It is yellow, very crispy, sweet and delicious.

Mardasang dates:

Mardasang date is one of the famous dates in Kerman. Due to this date's small production, most of the output is in the areas of Kerman and the south of the country, and a minimal amount of it is exported.
